Free Dodge Caliber CD problems

I tried to get the free cd on the dodge caliber on channel 115 but all I am getting is Sorry we are unable to process you request. This is happening on both my D11-500's and my R15-500

The receiver makes a call right when you select the CD. If it can't call out, it fails.
This occurs if you don't have a phone line connected to the recievers, or if you are talking on the phone when you select it.

My phone line is connected and it passes during the system test.

I just called the number that was on the screen 1-800-4ADODGE and the woman I talked to said the dodge is currently have problems with it not going thru ok on D* customers receivers and they are working to fix that problem.
