In addition to other complaints I have seen posted I would like to voice my thoughts on these:
1. I hate that when you pause the picture and go 'frame by frame' with the forward button, it still shows the progress bar at the bottom of the screen! It really makes for second guessing reffs / officials in sports a pain!
2. I also noticed that when a recorded program is interrupted by a storm, when you get to that point in playback it will not go past it.
Example: 1hr program shows 56 minutes due to a storm that caused the signal to fade for 4 minutes. After watching 34 minutes of a show I hit the part where I expect the jump - but all I get is a frozen screen! No matter how much I FF or wait while it plays it won't go beyond the 34 minute mark! The only way arround this that I found was to jump to the end of the show and rewind to minute 35. What makes it even worse is that a program may have 2 or 3 'blips' of a lost signal Gerrrrr!
3. "to do list" - There is no easy way to remove something from the "to do" list, other than going to the progam info and then cancel. (This wouldn't be too much of a problem if the R15 could only record 'first run' programs!).
If any of these have work-arounds that I couldn't find I'd appriciate the insight as it would make the R15 a bit more useable.
