Does Dish Network have a new policy that auto deny's waivers after 30 days?

In the past I got waivers from fox and cbs by default on the 31st day after submiting them via the website, all the other networks denied them within 2-3 weeks. This time around nbc was "pending" up till the 31st day and now says denied.
I was expecting it to say "approved".

Anyone know anything?

JimThe broadcaster has upto 45 days to deny the waiver.:)

My NBC and CBS stations (same owner) liked to wait until the very last minute to deny my waver requests as well. Finally they caved and let me have my waivers on the 4th or 5th try. I'm on attempt #9 with my local Fox though, and they're pretty quick with the denials.

My last attempt took my "local" NBC pretty close to 30 days also. Fox & CBS were as quick as usual (less than a week).
