How do you copy a movie or tv show from the r15 to the vcr

Connect one of the outputs from the R15 (co-ax cable, or RCA types) to the "in" on the vcr, turn off caller ID messages on the R15, turn the VCR to the proper input (Ch3 or 4 for co-ax, line 1 or 2 for RCA jacks). start the movie on the R15 and hit record or record&play on vcr (depending on maaufacturer). I miss the info screen on the TiVo's when you selected to "Save To VCR". Maybe something similar could be added to the R15 in a future upgrade? Earl, you listening?

Or you can warp speed ahead tot he 21st century and get a DVD burning player and record the R-15 output directly to a DVD. They even make some burners with hard drives so you can first record the show to the hard drive and then edit it (remove commericals) and then burn it to the DVD.
