is 622 hotline still active?

I have tried to call the 1-888-825-2569 upgrade hotline for two days and get a busy signal, is the number still good?

Rings okay when I just called it, from Cleveland Ohio

Its been disconnected.

I tried yesterday as well as one of my 622's still hasn't shown up for my install next weekend.

It rings twice and then you get a busy signal.


I used the regular number and then got to someone with a brain and speaks english as a first language by just going to HD tech support. They have access to all the same info.
