Missing recording.....

Hi All,
My 942 recorded an event but it's not in the recorded programs list. The recording history said it was recorded successfully and it was not deleted (I checked the history). Any way to recover it or am I stuck?

Try a soft reboot (hold down power button on box till it resets). other than that, It may be gone. This is rare, I have not seen this in a long time.
