Colorado Rockies Coming to UPN 20 in 2003 (http://rockies.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/col/news/col_press_release.jsp?ymd=20020718&content_id=84765&vkey=pr_col&fext=.jsp)
So KWGN will only be useful for NANU! NANU! and the Rockies will fade into oblivion, at least here.

So does that mean all the games that were on KWGN will be gone ... or are they just using the UPN as well. I would hate to see all the Rockies games gone ... it reminds me of the Yankees and Dodgers from WPIX and KTLA. We forgot how nice the Superstation package used to be.

This member is online NOW! Hmmmm... interesting.
Yes, it means that KWGN is now out of the loop. UPN 20 is now the OTA Rockies station starting next year.
When is the Red Sox deal up with WFXT? Any chance WSBK could get back in the picture on a limited basis?

Is Denver UPN 20 offered in the Distant Nets package by Dish?
If it is in the Distant Nets package, it will soon be gone. Rumor is they are cleaning up their act.

Well first dodgers left ktla to kcop, now rockies will leave kwgn to their upn stations. We have mets on wpix. What's next? I don't think having the la clippers on ktla is a substitute for sports on the superstations.
Why doesn't Charlie add more superstaions so we have more sports to watch. There's not much except the boston bruins on wsbk and who knows when they will be gone. I wish the red sox were on wsbk. When they did they leave them for wfxt-25?
How long these superstations will last if the merger goes through is anyones guess.
There can be no more Superstations. They are defined by law and it does not allow for any new ones.
