My 510 DVR has been working fine for just about a year. This past week it will only
see 110 and 119 and keeps giving me an error message for 121 and my German channels. The other receivers have no problem getting all three satellites but this
is getting annoying. I recycle and restart the unit and sometimes that does trick but increasingly it does not fix it. Tired of the 002 error message! Any suggestions? I do not want to replace a unit when it is something simple. This is the only reason I have DISH and I have been happy with it. Checking switch seems to be the only help tech support ever knows before giving you that 10 day wait for service. Why do I have to pay for their :confused: defective service or equipment?
