Hello!

I am wondering if I can watch any snooker in USA? I really do enjoy it, but nobody seems to broadcast it....

Cheers

Don't feel bad; pool and carom don't get much television coverage in the USA either.

It gets bumped for the US Paintball Championship or Spelling Bee.

ESPN2 puts alot of crap on, I don't see why they wouldn't show Snooker, whatever that is. :)

I am sure I've seen Snooker on ESPN before... and yes, I do know what Snooker is enough to recognize it if I saw it. I never could remember the rules, even though my college had a Snooker table amongst the others.

I wish I could remember when/where I saw... but I know I've seen some televised Snooker before. I suppose it could also have been a documentary on the history of billiards in general, rather than competitive matches.

Snooker isn't that big a pool game in the states. Up north of the border and across the pond it's a different story.

Snooker is typically played on a 7' X 14' table with small pockets and rounded cushions next to the pockets. Interesting game.
