OK, I have a 105 superdish and a dish 500 pointed to 61.5 for hd. DPP 44 switch. I haven't watched much live tv in the past view days so I haven't noticed a problem until today when I tried to watch some recorded programing.

Several recordings from about sunday night have started to break up and give that recording lost thing or whatever it says. So that made me check the "Point Dish screen" I checked the signal strengths on 61 and they were great, checked 105 and they were good for 105 checked 110 and they were fine, but when I checked 119 I found a big problem. Signal has dropped all the way from about 100 down to 46 on tp1. All tp's have dropped a A LOT. I posted signal strengths for 110 a while backed and compared them to tonights reading, there were nearly identical.

What could cause a big drop in signal on only one location? Bad port on switch? There is some trees in the area, but no other locations have been affected what so ever. Could trees be a problem on on 119 and not on 110??

Thanks for any help on this,
Chris

I swapped 119 and 61.5 on the dpp44 and the only thing that happened was I lost 61.5 I am sure it is cause of a loose connection that I just did, 61.5 was at 115.

Bad LNB maybe?

I just upgraded two 942's to 622's recently as well. As I was doing a check switch after correcting the 61.5 connection the receiver rebooted.

Whats going on?

No other problems with the 622 I think this is the first reboot to tell you the truth and I've had it for 1.5 week now.
