921 may be dying???

my 921 has started making random clicking sounds and has started to freeze video occasionally. I bought this unit about 2 years ago and was wondering if this is a symptom of disk drive problems? If so, I assume I need to call support to see if it can be fixed? is there a way to completely reload the programming?

Might be time to call for the 622 upgrade if you can stomach the extra fees. I'm still wondering when mine will die.

I agree that the hard drive is probably going out - soon. I'd call DN and see if they'll replace it for you. They probably have plenty of 921's in their warehouse from the 921 to 622 upgrade promotion.
