What is the purpose of the – key on the R15 remote. You can enter a channel such as 5-01. But they don’t work. Anyone know the purpose of this?

Right now there are no channels that use the - key, but it's used in the menus some. Like if you want to reset everything, you have to press the - button to confirm it.

You can also use it to DELETE items from certain places in the system.
From MyVod, highlight and individual program, hit the "-" twice "- -" and it will QUICK DELETE (read: no confirmation) an item
From Pioritizer List, same thing.. highlight an item and hit the "-" twice
The "same" remote is used for other systems, such as the H20 (note the H20 comes with an R24, but the R23 remote works just fine)
That is where you can enter: 5-1 for the Digita OTA stations.

Since the RC23 remote is a universal remote, the dash key is there for HD receivers that need the key to tune a digital subchannel.
