Simultaneous output on HDTIVO

I know this can not be done. How do I change back and forth so that SD can be watched in both rooms and then back to watching HD in the main room?

The up arrow on the remote will change the output resolutions. Also, through remote set-up you can choose which resolutions are chosen with the up arrow...in other words, you can set it up so that pressing the up arrow switches, for example, only between 480i and 1080i or any other combination of the 4 available outputs (480i, 480p, 720p and 1080i) or all of them.
