D* and PPV Events that are unwatchable because of signal outages?

How do they handle this? I ask because I want to order the Vengeance PPV tonight, but we're having biblical deluges of rain all day today and the signal has been in and out all day...if the signal goes out during the PPV, can I get a refund? What's their policy on this?

You get a free replay with Vengeance, otherwise "Price not refundable."

Well that settles that, I'll just get the webcast and hook the laptop up to the TV...

when i was at hooters the other day the vengence ppv was blacked out for like 30 min. the message on the screen said "check phone jack for authrization(sp?)" or something" like that but the hooters people said that D* was experiencing some problems. it was crazy we could watch the first 2 matches. the weather was clear here no rain or weather problems. D* has been around for years why are they having problems w/ ppv i'm sure they have had years to try to correct this?
