DVR 625 tuner problem

For some reason when I turn off my 625 and 'select' it back on, the tuner input changes to tuner 2. Half the time tuner 2 won't get signal therefore if I select to record something and turn it off I'm not recording it later on. If anyone has any idea on how to get it to stay on input 1 I'd appreciate it.

Sounds like you have a bad 625. Call and get it replaced. Shouldn't matter what input tuner is used.
