I live in an area where there are no locals, but there are in N.O. Louisiana, about 75 miles from here. I would require locals to sign up. How do I do this?

What do you mean "no locals here". Do you mean that you live in a small market where DirecTV does not carry the locals?

As posted above enter your zip code and tell us what market you live in. I am unfamiliar with any market on the Gulf Coast w/in 70 miles of NO.

I live in a market that has no locals. The N.O. stations are carried by the cable company, but are a little too far to come in clear on an antenna. No waivers either. We have an ABC and a FOX affiliate within antenna range, but we watch the N.O. stations frequently for NBC and CBS programming, along with the smaller networks.

There is no such thing as a "market with no locals". The very definition of a TV market says there has to be at least one network station.

Again, if you would provide a town or ZIP or a county people could give you some real info. Why so secretive?

Try Biloxi, which isn't available on DirecTV.
