Serious DVR 625 problem

My 625 hasn't beenworking at all. the green light always stays on and about every minute or so it goes out for a second. I also can't turn on tv2 or watch television through tv1. i can't turn off the system either. Has anybody ever encounted this problem? thanks

Try unplugging the 625 for a minute or so, and then plugging it back in. If that doesn't solve the problem, it sounds like your receiver had died, and you'll need to call Dish to get it replaced.

Mine appears to have died also. Its almost 2 weeks old. I get audio only going to my TV2 via the coax. If I send TV2 signal out via the video/L/R rca jacks, it works fine. I tried 3 different coax cables.

Called last night, and a new one is in the mail today. Wierd, it was working fine then one day, nothing on one of my TVs, I tried another TV and can get the sound.
