The first ladies of rock & roll return! Ann, Nancy & the band perform all
of their hits, 4 new songs, plus some surprises in this state of the art,
hi-definition concert shot last summer in their home town of Seattle.

Awesome, thanks Nick, I just set it to record. Up until 3 months ago I never even heard of Heart. They have some great songs. Can't wait to see the concert in high def!

I have had that concert on DVD for a couple years now, and I bought it used, so it is not recent.

Ann Wilson is one of the greatest rock vocalists EVER.

The odd thing... is that my favorite Heart song is the one that Nancy sang. Usually she was backup vocals... but "These Dreams" she was the lead singer. I like a lot of Heart songs, but oddly the favorite was the one that Nancy didn't sing.

I think her voice is too powerful for that ballad though... so it worked for Nancy to sing that one much better.

Thanks for the reminder, Nick. I just got back from doing some work that Americans won't do and can use a good concert to relax.

A little Michael McDonald doing Motown on Rave is a good warm up act. :D
