So my receiver has been acting up real bad. I would pause.. bar would show pause but picture would go. Would stick on the last frame when FF to live. Lockups when trying to view recorded shows.
Thought an update might help. My receiver has never asked me to upgrade. Original upgrade was x100 and past was x103f 10/19/1979 2:47am.
Tried forced upgrade. No luck. Goes through the download process. Numbers at the top have 103f in the middle (not sure if thats current or the one its downloading). none the less.. the past upgrade version doesn't change.
future upgrade is always not scheduled.
DTV had me reset everything.
I had them transfer me to 2nd tier and we tried what they call reformatting. down/rec on front panel on the black screen after "a few more seconds". REC light stays light for about 30 secs, but i dont' see how that long eough to format that big of a drive. It drops back to a "acquiring guide screen" and I get a picture. No setup screen. I don't see a format happened.
