HDNet To Offer International Soccer Match-up On Sunday, August 6th
Coverage is part of a double-header featuring FC Barcelona vs Chivas
Guadalajara and the MLS Revolution taking on Chivas USA
Dallas, TX - August 4, 2006 – HDNet’s coverage of Major League Soccer goes international this weekend as the network will feature coverage of the defending UEFA Champs FC Barcelona battling Mexican powerhouse Chivas Guadalajara, LIVE from the historic Los Angeles Coliseum, August 6th at 9:30pm ET.
As one of the five best club teams in Europe, and the top team of La Liga, FC Barcelona features 19 year-old Argentine sensation, Lionel Messi and two-time FIFA World Player of the Year Ronaldinho, widely regarded as the best player in the world right now.
Chivas Guadalajara will definitely be up to the challenge as one to the top two teams in Mexican club history with ten titles in the Mexican First Division.
