When I signed up online, they took my SSN and I came up ineligible. The CSR said she didn't know if it because I didn't qualify for an advtange plan or if it was because I was on the third floor. She said I should try something called "Free for All"

What is the difference between Free for All and the normal advantage plan?

Digital Home Advantage you lease the equipment and they have stricter credit scoring criteria and less up front cost

Free For All you purchase the equipment and its easier to qualify for and has more upfront cost
