I know Direct and cable prob aint no better but I wanted to let of steam about Dish and thier crappy CSRs.
tonight (sun)I bought my regular Eastenders PPV package for Aug and sat down to watch and lo and behold they start showing last weeks episode that I already seen
so just to find out whats going on I called at 9pm and at 9:30 someone finally answered only to not know ANYTHING i was talking about saying you have to wait for the new season etc When I told her its a brtish soap opera and there are no "Seasons" its ongoing she hung up !
couldn't even speak proper English !

I hate DISH CSRs !!!!!!!

AAAAARRRGGGHHHHHHHH

but you you of course If Id have hit 1 to make a payment i would have got
through faster than it took me to dial the bloody number !!!!

Maybe you should realize that Dish CSRs dont know about every signal show being played and if its a repeat or not....This sounds like an issue on the programing provider end and should really be upset with them and not the so called improper English speaking Dish CSR :nono2:

Good point, Dish is not in control of PPV however as someone who trains and is in charge of CSRs at my company
We make SURE that all our people speak clear fluent English, and have a thorough knowledge of every product before they are let loose on the phones .
Its called Training :)

How long do you suppose it would take to train a CSR on every television show on every station there is? Does this also include all of the international television shows? Locals and Premiums? Since this is an ever changing medium, Dish would never have any CSR's on the phone they would always be in training!

Yeah, I would have asked to speak to someone who is familiar with teh PPV offereings to get a credit on my bill.

They should be able to call up the latest info.

I'm a long-term Dish subscriber, but I know for a fact that, at least in some circumstances, they are trained to be flat-out lying SOB's.
