1. What causes the signal to go out beside rain or snow or cloud covers???

2. Why sometimes when I'm watching TV, I see pixels on the screen for 2 seconds and that it???

3. Let say, I would to get a water hose, and wet the dish, would I lose the signal like I do with rain and would I regret it???

1. Poor dish installation. Dish not secure and moving. Poor alignment of the dish.

2. Low signals from poor dish install. Could be a problem with the program as well.

3. Should not do anything. The reason large storms block the signal is there is enough in the clouds to block the signal. Unless you really blast water into the LNB it should not cause a problem.
