Recorded Shows

Not sure if this is a known issue - I was watching a show that was currently being recorded and set to stop at 9 (I was watching from the beginning). I selected stop (after 9 pm), however, I still received the message stating that the show is currently being recorded with options to "Keep Recording..", "Stop & Keep" and "Stop & Delete".

Secondly, is there an easy way to go to live TV? I notice that if something is being recorded and I'm watching from the beginning (say I'm 15 minutes behind), selecting stop always gives me the above message - when I select Keep Recording, it brings me back to watching the show. Should I be doing different steps to get back to Live TV?

I've never seen the first issue you're talking about. As for the second issue, yeah there is a way around it. If you're watching something that's recorded WHILE it's being recorded (I do this alot), then just hit "exit" instead of "stop". The "exit" stops the play-back, but keeps the show recording, and takes you back to live tv.

I had the first happen to me on Monday....I started watching a 1-hr show from MyVOD that had about 5 minutes left to record. Got interuppted a bunch and finally got through the show about 2 hours later....and got the "Currently being recorded" meassage...nearly 2 FULL HOURS after it actually had stopped recording...

(I have 10C8, but have not done a reset since getting it....maybe this is on of the glitchy things people report until you do a reset?)
