i live in the "Enhanced" area of maryland where i'm provided with both SD channels/stations of baltimore and washington DC... the problem is dish network will NOT give me the HD locals out of DC, they state i'm technically a baltimore sub (although i told them many times that where i live i'm considered a mutt of both DC/baltimore... they won't budge)

now Directv and comcast will give me both HD channels out of DC and baltimore... so i'm thinking about switching unless someone knows a zipcode that i can use to get HD in both areas.....

i can't use the OverTheAir antenaee because of geography.. poor signal strength

i live in zip 21045 columbia maryland.... i tried giving them laurel maryland 21075, but that only gets DC HD & SD channels but with NO baltimore.. if i give them 21073 i'm back where i started.... with SD from both DC and baltimore but NO HD from DC

someone mentioned a zipcode from annapolis that will get them both wash.DC HD & SD and the SD from baltimore..... any ideas??

thanks

Yes.

Please refuse to believe the BS that you can't get DC over the air. Put up a real antenna like the Channel Master 4221.

Better still - a CM 4228!

Or just use an address in Washington itself.
Then you can get Washington HD's both OTA & Satellite, and pick up Baltimore HD OTA.

Granted the WMAR OTA Guide Data is still showing a PBS station incorrectly

Bah, you'll get DC stations OTA in Columbia without breaking a sweat. A 4228 is over kill for channels that are less than 20 miles away. The 4221 is fine for what he needs.
