Entercom Communications said it will acquire radio stations in four markets from CBS
for $262 million in cash. Entercom will get CBS Stations in Memphis and Rochester, NY,
where it already has radio stations, and in Austin and Cincinnati, which represent new
markets for the company. Also, Entercom said it will acquire an FM station in Boston
from Radio One for $30 million in cash.
