The link is to a FTA satellite sales & installation company, which is not the same as DBS.

Their site says nothing about DBS.

Drop by the FTA forum here, or take a look at FTAList.com to see the channels that are available.

Using Wikipedia's definition (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Direct_broadcast_satellite), some FTA channels are DBS.
