Retention dept figured out

The last conversation with retention dept and surervisor wich lasted 15 mins was such a journeyinto the world of the uninformend that I figured it out.

I'M BACK IN THE MARINE CORPS!!!!!! They treat us like mushrooms.

Keep us in the dark and feed us S**t

I will wait till Tuesday and try to run the guantlet again and see if I can get to talk to someone who has the answer.

MY CSR told me the HR20 was opened up to the cities with HD locals as of Aug. 31.

The rep I dealt with said the exact same thing but she also added that information is passed out to the reps via internal email and apparently not everyone reads their email so they are unaware of the information.

She apparently reads her email because she knew exactly what I was talking about when I called.
