No, they just have the model # wrong. I recieved my ship notice yesterday, don't mind paying the price since I don't even have HD yet (just got my KDS-60A2000 Friday night, looks beautiful from upconverting dvd, not so great from SD channels). We'll see if I get it next week.

I hope everyone is correct on that model # error. I will be extremely pissed if I pay 399 for HR10 instead of HR 20. I will keep you guys posted. Hopefully will have it on Wednesday.

Since you have the tracking no. Where is the pkg. now? It's had 2 business days now with the shipper, so you'll be able to track it!

GIGO (garbage in, garbage out)

I would disagree....its a wash....theres a reason Sony backed off of DRC 2.0 in the 05 models and went back to 1.0....word is 2.5 on the upcoming XBRs could be a mixed bag....
My SD is very good on my 55"....granted, I do not stretch...

BestBuy must have some sort of integration with UPS that lets them assign a tracking number before it gets on the UPS truck. As of this moment UPS doesn't have it in their system, but since I got the notice on a Sunday and today is a holiday, I don't expect that I'll be able to track it via UPS until Tuesday.

I must say that is strange. I would think BB's system would be integrated into UPS so that any tracking number issued would be in the UPs system even if it just shows the "Billing Information Received" message.

Orders that are packed on Saturdays or Sundays do not reach the carrier until Monday morning. When a tracking number is listed below, please note that it has been assigned before the carrier has the package. If your tracking number does not appear immediately when attempting to track your package, the carrier may still be processing this information. You may need to check the carrier's site periodically for the updated information.
Monday (today) being a holiday, they will not show tracking info until tomorrow.

Yes, some channels are better than others, might look marginally better on 55" and I am only about 10 feet away from the screen. But I am replacing a 53" sd projection set and the channels never really looked great on that either. I think satellite video is just too compressed, good cable channels look much better but at the time I went to satellite my cable was horrible here (I can't receive any OTA channels where I am). Now cable is much better but I have a big investment in satellite equipment and I've always been very happy with DirecTV's service (unlike many on this forum). I'll just have to see for myself what the quality of the HD channels is, my brother says his looks great.
