Ive called Directv multiple times and none of the CSR's seem to know anything about the HR20. What number are you guys using to place your orders?

I called retention at 1-800-824-9081.

I've called retention twice, and I've been told both times that the HR20 is only available in LA and from BestBuy.com, and if they were to put in an order for me right now I'd get an HR10.

As early as Monday or absolutly no later than 9/13 you can get them from any dealer nationwide.

Finally got it but install is in Oct!
