Me and my neighbor both had the reboot problems with the H-20 Receivers and were sent replacement H-20's but no luck in correcting the problem, so we both just had the new HR20 installed this morning. the tech just finished up at around noon, so the HR20 is available in the Tampa area as of now. they came out yesterday with the HR-10 and I went nuts after We were promised the HR-20, so they rescheduled for today and brought the HR20 for both of us!!!!!!!
