Email From Directv Preorder List Through Dbstalk

has someone has gotten the e-mail from directv about ordering the hr20-700 through them not best buy? I am in Memphis, TN and I got the one about best buy but csr stated did not know when it would be available in Memphis. I signed up early thru dbstalk to get on the preorder list but still no e-mail.
Any word on any time frame for Memphis.

The email sent out to those on the waitlist was to purchase from BestBuy. D* will start selling them directly soon. You may get lucky if you order one from D* now, but it's really a crap shoot at this point. The HR20 will be available EVERYWHERE next week (most likely the 13th). There is no progressive rollout to specific areas of the country (with the exception of the LA test market).

I thought the e-mail would have been about ordering from directv. I have seen so many people in other areas of the country getting theirs set up for installation.
I just upgraded about 3 weeks ago to 5lnb and h20 and was authorized to get the hr20 for $150 when it was available. Not sure the preorder was really that great since it was for best buy which anyone could order from if they seen it on the website. I will be patient.
