A DTV tech delivered a HR20-700 yesterday and installed a AT-9 dish. I got the unit directly from Directv. I think I got kind of lucky because I was originally supposed to get an HR10-250 with the HDTivo Blowout Special back in late August, but the installer was out of stock when it was supposed to be installed. I called DTV and they cancelled that order and scheduled a HR20. I was nervous that something was going to happen, but everything went very smooth.
As far as the unit itself, so far so good, I just want the OTA's activated. It seems to run pretty well, very fast. I am not crazy about the interface, but I figure I'll get used to it. It definitely improves the SD picture on my TV with the upscaling to 720p.
