the way I find out is to go to my site I enter work orders in & check acct info in the "house" icon. it gives a code & the csr can determine who was sent out to you the last time you had a work order. more than likely that same hsp would be send back.. but they will not give you there local number.

Call DirecTV Customer Installation Support @ 888-355-7530. They will give you the job # for your order and Regional Contractor's telephone #. However, like Surfbird said, it won't be for the local subcontractor who will be coming out. The Regional Office can call them for you while you wait.
