I recently signed onto Direct TV about a month ago (obviously for NFLST reasons). Upon ordering the HR20 was obviously not available so they guaranteed me that I could get an HR10 now and get swapped with an HR20 when it became available.
Of course, it is now available (we all got the emails). But D* says that they are not offering a swap program just yet and that the reciever is not availabe in my area.
After going around for a bit, I asked them to transfer to the Retention department you then told me the same story. They then they put me on hold and after 2 minutes hung up on me.
Before I call foul, I wanted to give them a call back; but since they transfered me, I don't have the number. Does somebody have the number that they can post on here?
