Check your install orders

Called DTV to check and confirm the status of my order.To my dismay it was discovered that I had received a reference number connected to my install but no date had been set.
So after 45 mins on the with the rentention department and explaining things to them.My orginal date was slated for 9/13 for some reason it was cancelled and moved to 9/9 after futher details it was discovered that dates have been removed.The reps that caused the problems where based in the overseas call centers...( hate to say that but it is what it is)
Instead a new date was set 9/12/2006.. and wrote in the notes and work order to bring out the New DVR...We shall see how it works on tuesday!

I could swear I chatted with u on the phone. Ur mrs. HR20, lol. Well I just want to say welcome to our boards. Thanx for posting and letting us know about u. Whatever u do. Don't change. I feel like more the parent smacking young children's hands for trying to get a toy they aren't suppose to..

guys, we all know the route most take to get things done

but some of the rumors of FREE, FREE, FREE.. really really aren't true until I see it myself on a letter, email or such that d8 gives me to verify. so, I am true to my word I will help you get the right stuff.. but.. only legit & the way d8 tells me to.

hd dvrs that most are thinking free are the tivo units. not new one. csrs are messing that up & getting in trouble largely. I too, have heard rumors of d8 sending out info but I have not seen it or even been told of it by my higher ups.. so I only do what I know I can do to get it out quicker.

much love to all that "had to put up w/me" cause I can be a "pain" especially after seeing these deals your repeating so don't try to pull one over one.. lol
