HR20 Install for 9/12! RAIN!!!!!!

Does anyone know if Directv will install my dish if it is raining outside? They are coming from a good distance to install since I live in a rural area, so I figure that they would do there best to get it done, but I may be wrong! Any input is appreciated!

I'm in KY too and the guy who put my dish in did it in the rain, pausing for a few minutes when it was really pouring.
