921 is off but I still get programming?

Has anyone out there been able to see a program on their 921 with the power off to the machine? I'm also having issues in the amount of time it takes to go to the guide once the 921 is poered up. I thought it was the batteries in the remote but that wasn't the case. Do you think this has anything to do with the Tivo infringement? Hmmm.

Yes that has happened to me from time to time. Just another 921 anomaly. Don't blame the TiVO case, this anomaly happened to me long before da judge slammed his hammer.

Time to do a reset by pushing the front panel power button for several seconds.
