921 - no picture but do have sound...

Every morning, the tv goes on, we have sound, but no picture. I change channels and still have sound, but no picture. I power off the receiver and then turn it back on. Works like a champ. How do I get araound having to do this every morning?

check your software version to make sure is current.
make sure receiver is not overheating, buy some "dust off" in any computer store and blow some air inside the receiver to remove the dust.
keeping the receiver cool will improve response time as well as processor speed.
