I believe you need to order it through Verizon.
Why would you get Voice Wing vs just getting your phone service over Fios by the way? If you want cost savings of going to VOIP, there are much cheaper providers out there...
i have not sceen any other phone providers for lower than $24.99 w/ unlimited local/long distance unl fax, w/ 9 calling features(plus more) and calls to Dominican REP for $0.11.
if you know of another phone provider in the Virginia Beach area for less than that let me know. anything but COX sucking (my money) cable would be great.

Is VOIP an option? If so...take a look at www.sunrocket.com
You can either pay monthly and pay $24.95 or pay $200 upfront for a full year. $.10/minute to Dominican Republic. You also get $3.00 worth of free international calls each month. I don't know how the fax works with them...but it might be worth looking into. I don't know for sure if they're available in Virginia Beach but might not hurt to take a look at their website if you haven't yet.
voice wing was trash. caller id on tv did not work well. voice wing does not work with standard phone lines looks like i will be switching to vonage soon.
the main reason why i chose voice wing was because i wanted to be verizon ready when FiOS came. and verizon's land line service (FREEDOM) does not give me low international rates.
my next ?? is will vonage work well w/ D*'s caller id for the r15
any one have any other suggestions ??
Sunrocket works well for me. $199 a year total. Less costly than any of the others.

Don't know about the r15 but vonage works fine for me with the Samsung t360.
