"ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT" PREMIERES WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH ON HDNET

Emmy Award Winning Comedy to run back-to-back every Wednesday

Dallas, TX - September 11, 2006 - America's funniest dysfunctional family will
get a second shot at enduring fame when the award-winning comedy, "Arrested
Development" comes to HDNet, Wednesday, September 13th at 10:00 pm ET.

The multiple-award winning series will air then air back-to-back every Wednesday.

"Arrested Development" revolves around Michael Bluth (Jason Bateman) who is
doing his best to pick up the pieces and keep his offbeat family from falling apart
after his father, George Bluth (Jeffrey Tambor), is locked up for fraud.

high definition programming," said Mark Cuban, President and Co-Founder of HDNet.

HDNet has acquired exclusive HD rights to "Arrested Development" and will air all
three existing seasons of the program.
