Hi, just got my HR20 from VE and replaced with H20 using the same cables HDMI to TV + optical to amp. Sound from the amp is coming out fine but no sound from Tv speakers not thru HDMI or regular RCA. Its good to have both sound options and worked fine from H20. I noticed on original software it had three tabs under audio settings, then its downloaded latest soft and middle tab "effects" become grey and non clickable. Tried all possible connections with switching on and off DD on directv box. Any ideas guys. Thanks
