Gee at one time HBO Home Satellite is where you would order HBO with a big old C Band satellite dish.

And whats this gret Cinemax for no extra charge?

If this is true shouldnt my bill go down?

No - it says "additional channels of HBO and Cinemax at no extra cost" - the multiplex stations.
