Ordered my HR20 in the begining of September. Installed today 9/23. Fastest install I have ever seen. 20 minutes for the AT9, 5 for the Zinwell, and I connected (thanks everyone on DBSTalk.com!) the HR20 correctly in 5 minutes. It took the techs about 30 minutes for the unit to boot up and have DTV activate the unit.
All in all, the unit is working well. Had some sync issues and changed channels and it was fixed. Some pixelation, changed channels and fixed. Just on HD channels.
Oh almost forgot. They sent out two guys so when they tested the signal one would be on another unit and kept pushing till it read 98-99 on all units. :)
