Fixes
Manual records would display incorrectly in MyVod after a system reboot
System freeze while connected via HDMI and TV input changed
A black screen occuring when playing back MPEG-4 recordings
HDMI audio lost or not playing, when changing TV input TO HDMI
Playback would stop before reaching the end of the recording
When playback of a program starts, occasionaly the video frame would show a previous program or live TV.
NOTE #1 - The problems with black/blank screen and some playback issues where related to the RECORDING of the program. The bug occured when the program was recorded, not while it is being playback. So the correction in this release is to avoid the faulty records... programs that where not working prior to 0xD1 may not (and probably won't) playback correctly under 0xD1

General stability of the unit.
NOTE #2 - Trickplay enhances where targated at the stablity and reliability of trickplay; Users where reporting loss of trick play abilities and had to reboot the system to restore them
