Partial Recording---why????

I have a Season Pass to Pardon the Interruption. It is scheduled to record at 430. When I went to watch it, it was a partial recording that did not start until 4:47. Is there any way to find out why? Anyone have any ideas what the issue might have been? Nothing else records at that time, and the weather was not an issue.
