New Install Question..??

Having a new intall Directv PGH Pa area Oct 10. NFL package with the HR20? What should I look for to make sure it is done right by the installer.. Reciever wise, signal strenth, what dish and such setup. etc.. I plan on giving the guy a 20 before he even starts.. Just want it done right ... What should I check for to make it so??
Lady said this would be the latest Hr20? Are there diff versions of it? Thanks alot.. any comments well be very helpful getting this setup the first time.. ken

The HR20 has only been out for about a month. Less for most people. As far as has been reported here, there is only one version of this model.

The dish should be an AT-9, which is a 5 LNB model. It is a fairly large dish with a "cluster" of 3 LNBs at the end of the arm, with 2 additional LNBs hung off to the left side of the main LNB when facing the LNBs from the dish. If you go to the HD forums, you can find pictures so you know what it looks like.

If it is roof mounted make sure they use monopoles for extra support. It should look kinda like a tripod when they're done.
