Tuner selection

OK I'm new to the 622 and hopefully the questions will be short and sweet.

For now...do I have to be watching TV1 when I select a HD show to be recorded? That is, sometimes I'm watching TV2 when I select the record feature....but the show is available in HD and I would like it recorded that way it seems the 622 assigns it to TV2 if thats what I'm watching at the time.

If the channel you are watching is an HD channel, it will be recorded in HD no matter where you started the recording. If you happen to be watching an HD program on TV2 and record it, you can watch it on TV1 in HD later.

All three of the 622's tuners are able to record in HD.
