Returned Receiver Credit

How long does it typically take to see the credit for returning an old receiver? I returned a receiver, perhaps 2 months ago, and haven't seen the credit yet. UPS tracking says Dish got the receiver. I queried Dish via dishnetwork.com, and got an email response that said they'll look into it. No response following that, so I called Dish and the person I spoke to said the credit will appear on my next billing cycle.

You should see it soon, took me almost three months. They send you a notice in the mail.

Never got a notice in the mail but it did show up on the monthly bill as a credit after a while.

Calling them thats the way to do it. It should show up within a month normally without you proding, but if they made some mistake reminding them gets it on your next bill.

My first return showed up the week the UPS tracking said it was returned. My second one, I had to call and it showed up the three days after they said they had received it.
