Just got my 622...have a few quick questions

Installer just left...I setup my OTA channels...most are perfect. However a couple of them just show Digital Service on the guide instead of what is really on. Do I need to change a setting so the programming downloads?

Also, when I change the channel, it says Normal under the time/date, what does this mean?

Last question: When I go to Dish On Demand, TV Entertainment is grayed out. Is this normal?

You will likely have to live with the "Digital Service" in the guide data. Dish does not send out all of the guide data. I see this on PBS and all of the sub-channels. Maybe one day they will include all of the data.

I came to this forum to ask this exact question! The guide can show me what is on the local channel as subscribed through Dish. Why can't it translate that data to the digital channels through the antenna?

This is the screen format control. You can have it stretch SD programming to fill a wide screen, change the color of the bars, etc. Normal means it isn't doing any of that.

Yes. In a few days, after that content is recorded to your DVR, it will then be accessible.
